Notice of Our Website Renewal

Space Foodsphere Website has been renewed.

We are pleased to announce that Space Foodsphere (SFS), a leading General Incorporated Association for space food technology innovation located in Sumida-ku, Tokyo, and led by President Mizuki Komasa, has renewed its website.

The new website includes a page introducing the Stardust Program, which is part of the Accelerated Space Utilization Program led by the Cabinet Office of Japan. It is a strategic project of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries aimed at developing an advanced resource recycling food supply system. This system will support long-term stays on the moon and other celestial bodies, with the ultimate goal of contributing to the early establishment of a space food market.

In addition, SFS has created a new page to introduce the Space Reverse Innovation (SRI) Program. This acceleration program aims to foster the creation of businesses both in space and on the ground, with the ultimate aim of establishing a space food market at an early date.

Moving forward, SFS remains committed to business creation and continuous innovation, as they play an essential role in shaping the future of space food and exploration.
